Documentation is rarely one pass. I update marked-up sets from client and consultant reviews (PDF markups, Bluebeam Revu) and keep the model and the sheets in sync. When a code question comes up, I check the requirement on the relevant city or municipal web pages and flag it for your licensed professional to confirm.
