Remote Revit modeling and documentation for firms in the Netherlands and across Europe: metric-native, working in your template and central model.
I am a licensed architect with 20+ years of built work and a full-time remote Revit modeler and BIM drafter, based in Buenos Aires. Since 2020 I have worked remotely with architecture firms, and I am now opening that work to firms in Europe that need extra modeling and documentation capacity, or a specialist for a specific phase.
The workflow is the one described in How I Work: I work in your Revit template and in your central model on ACC / BIM 360, and your firm stays in control of the project.
I work in metric every day: I was trained and practice in Argentina, where projects are measured in square meters and millimeters. I have also delivered US projects in imperial units, so I can work in whichever your project uses.
Buenos Aires is UTC−3 all year, with no daylight saving. Central Europe is UTC+1 in winter and UTC+2 in summer, so the gap is 4 hours in winter and 5 hours in summer (London: 3 and 4).

In practice, a standard Buenos Aires working morning lines up with the European afternoon. Working hours and call windows are agreed per project, and work delivered at the end of my day is ready when your team starts the next morning. Note that Europe changes its clocks in March and October and Argentina does not, so the gap shifts by one hour twice a year.

My remote project experience so far is with US firms, and my built work is in Argentina. I have not yet delivered documentation for a European permit process, and I do not claim familiarity with any specific country's drawing standards.
