I work inside your environment: your template, your central model, your standards. Here is exactly how a remote engagement runs.
You send the basics through the estimate form: project type, approximate area, what you need and your timeline. I reply with a time and price range, typically within one business day. No obligation, no long-term contract.
We agree the scope, the phase, the deliverables, the schedule and the contact person on your side. You share your template, standards and sample sheets, and give me access to the project.
I work in the shared central model, following your naming, worksets and sheet conventions, and check in with progress at agreed points.
You and your consultants mark up the sets (PDF, Bluebeam Revu). I update the model and the sheets and send them back, until the package is ready.
The finished sheets and the model live in your environment. Schedules and quantity lists are provided when they are part of the scope.
Central model on ACC / BIM 360. I work in your firm's central model hosted on Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360. The project stays in your environment and under your control: I am simply another team member with access to the model.
Your template and standards. I model in your Revit template, with your families, line and text styles, sheet standards and naming conventions. If something is missing, we agree on the convention at kick-off, before I start.
Tools. Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage (coordination), Bluebeam Revu (markups), Autodesk Recap (point clouds), Lumion, Photoshop and Illustrator for renders and presentation graphics.
I am based in Buenos Aires, which is UTC−3 all year: Argentina does not use daylight saving time. The offset to your city changes when your country changes its clocks.

We agree fixed call windows and delivery times at kick-off. Because I am hours behind Europe, work sent at the end of my day is waiting for your team at the start of yours.
NDA. I am happy to sign your NDA before receiving project files. On this site, client, firm and location details are removed from every project example.
Communication. Email at guillermo@arquitecturareal.online and WhatsApp for quick questions; video calls and screen sharing when a topic is easier to show than to write. I typically reply within 24 hours.
Languages. English (professional working proficiency) and Spanish (native).
