Restoration and renovation work was carried out on this property, which had severe pathological issues and years of neglected maintenance.

All rooms were rewired, removing every exterior installation, floors were sanded, and — most importantly — walls were chipped down to the brick for a new waterproof render and finally plaster.

The work contributed to a recent, successful sale of the property.
