Full-time Revit modeler based in Buenos Aires, Argentina — working remotely with US architecture firms since 2020.
Since 2020, I've worked as a remote Revit modeler and BIM drafter for architecture firms across the United States. What began as extra capacity during a slow period has become the core of my daily practice — and it's the work I enjoy most, the kind I want to keep doing.
Unlike drafters who only operate the software, I bring 20+ years as a licensed, practicing architect. I've designed and built real projects from first sketch to finished construction, so I know how a set of drawings needs to read on-site, what a contractor needs to bid a job correctly, and where documentation typically breaks down. That background is what I bring to every model.
From schematic massing through fully detailed, construction-ready models — built clean, organized, and easy for your team to keep working in.
Complete drawing sets ready for permit submission and bidding, following US drawing conventions and standards.
Cross-discipline model checking to catch conflicts between architectural, structural and MEP before they reach the field.
Client-ready visuals for design review, approvals and marketing, generated directly from the working model.
Accurate quantities extracted straight from the model, ready to send out for purchasing and pricing.
