Casa Cubos

A one-of-a-kind home in the iconic Los Volcanes neighborhood, Villa La Angostura. A project with freedom in its vertical enclosure, bringing an inverse ordering logic compared to the conventional.

The project began as our own conceptual design, originally published on the studio's website, which caught the interest of an investor from London. From there it was adjusted and developed to make it buildable: a combination of two structures, with heavy masonry and concrete for the walls, stair, and intermediate slab, and a lighter structure of 100 x 100 mm steel profiles for the general envelope and roofs.
